There’re 20 very useful Eclipse shortcuts. I use them almost everyday:

  • Adds Java doc comment - Alt+Shift+J
  • Backward History - Alt+Left
  • Copy lines - Ctrl + Alt+Down
  • Delete next word - Ctrl+Delete
  • Delete previous word - Ctrl+Backspace
  • Delete to end of line - Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  • Duplicate line - Ctrl+Alt+Up
  • Format - Ctrl+Shift+F
  • Google - Ctrl+Shift+G
  • Last edit location - Ctrl+Q
  • Open type - Ctrl+Shift+T
  • Move lines down - Alt+Down
  • Move lines up - Alt+Up
  • Find text in workspace - Ctrl+Alt+G
  • Show in menu - Alt+Shift+W
  • Switch to editor - Ctrl+Shift+E
  • Quick switch editor - Ctrl+E
  • Previous view - Ctrl+Shift+F7
  • Previous editor - Ctrl+Shift+F6
  • Open resource - Ctrl+Shift+R
